Meet Patty Zuzek Patty was raised in Hastings, MN where her roots grow deep. She graduated from St. Mary’s University with a degree in Marketing. She has worked in many capacities in the real estate industry. This giving her deep passion and knowledge for an industry that has both served her and she has served it. In 2017 Patty was honored to serve as the President of the MN Realtors. As a volunteer she was awarded with the 2018 MN REALTOR® of the Year. As the Broker for Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists and the Vice President of Marketing for Fieldstone Family she shares her knowledge with others to help them with strategizing, education, and compliance giving a positive impact to their businesses. I am a newly licensed Realtor with Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists, and I am very passionate about partnering with others to ensure their needs are met, both in the buying and selling process.
I attended MSU and achieved my BSN degree where I then worked as an OB RN. I chose to further my education and went back to MSUM and got 2 Master degrees, one for nursing leadership and the other for healthcare administration. With my experience and education I accepted a clinical leadership role with Allina Health. My husband, Conner, and I welcomed our first born daughter to the world shortly after I began this new role, and after returning from maternity leave, I found my priorities had shifted- I wanted to prioritize my daughter and our family- so we decided I would stay home full time! During this period is when I began thinking about real estate and pursing the passion that has always lingered in the back of my mind! I took the courses, passed the exam, and began conversing with brokerages, landing on Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists!
I have always had a passion for real estate, interior design, and house "flipping", and now I have the opportunity to prioritize both my family and this dream/passion! I look forward to partnering with clients to find thier perfect property and/or sell their current home. I have earned several professional certifications, including NAR's e-PRO®, as well as the ABR and PSA designations. Additionally, I am a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 22 years working in a bakery manufacturing plant In 2016, during what I jokingly refer to as my "mid-life crisis," I made the bold decision to change careers. It was one of the best decisions I ever made, and it has proven to be both rewarding and fulfilling. When I committed to this new path, I vowed to go above and beyond for both my career and my clients' needs. Currently, I am an active member of the St. Paul, MN Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR), serving on the Board of Directors, the Community Engagement Committee, and as the 2024 Chair of the Metro YPN. I also completed the leadership training program and served one year on the Government Affairs Committee. In 2024, I received the prestigious William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award, and I will be serving as Treasurer on the 2025 SPAAR Leadership Team. Within MN Realtors, I contribute to several committees, including Member Engagement, Strategic Planning, Professional Standards, and Professional Development. I also serve on the Board of Directors. On the national level, I am involved with NAR, serving on the Research Committee and having previously served on the Safety Advisory Committee. I am a C2EX Endorsed REALTOR® and proudly serve as a C2EX Ambassador for the State of Minnesota. I am honored to be a three-time winner of the Dakota County Tribune’s "Best of" Real Estate Agent award for Farmington and Rosemount. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud husband and father of two boys. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, leveraging my background as a former NASM Personal Trainer to teach fitness classes at Assisted Living Facilities. I also enjoy golfing occasionally and, of course, enduring the highs and lows of Minnesota’s sports teams—the Twins, Wild, and Vikings.

In addition to new home construction, as a professional Minnesota and Wisconsin licensed farmland specialist, David has been associated with the agriculture industry for all of his life. David grew up on his family’s farm between Cleveland, MN and Le Sueur, MN, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with an Agriculture Economics degree. In 1991, David started his real estate career with a farm management company in Southwest Minnesota, working with buyers and sellers of farmland and rural properties while also managing client's farms. David is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute and was the Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute 2021 President, 2020 Vice President, and is a member of the chapter's board of directors. Jaycee Fiers comes from a family full of experienced real estate professionals. Ever since her earliest years she has been around the business and speaks fondly of all her childhood memories that involved “helping” her family at the office, sitting in on new construction appointments, and even helping “host” model as just a little girl. After graduating from college with a marketing degree, Jaycee worked in commercial real estate for 2.5 years before transitioning to residential – which has always been her true passion.
In her free time Jaycee enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby girl who is just a few months old. Even though she was born and raised in Minnesota, during football season you will see her cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Jaycee also enjoys cooking for her friends and family, taking her daughter for long walks around their neighborhood in Chaska, and visiting local breweries in search for the perfect Hazy IPA.
