Patty Zuzek, CRS, SFR, SRES Broker | Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists Vice President of Marketing | Fieldstone Family Homes Patty Zuzek is a respected real estate leader, broker, educator, and industry advocate with nearly 30 years of experience in residential real estate, new construction, land development, and brokerage leadership. Raised in Hastings, Minnesota, Patty's roots run deep in the community she proudly calls home. Growing up as one of seven children instilled in her the values of hard work, collaboration, and service—principles that continue to guide her personally and professionally. A graduate of St. Mary's University with a degree in Marketing, Patty has built a career centered on education, leadership, and helping others achieve their goals. Together with her husband, David, she leads the Zuzek Pope Home & Land Specialists team, founded on the mission of "Sharing knowledge to help others reach their financial and personal goals." Their commitment extends far beyond the transaction, focusing on creating lasting relationships and making a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients. Family remains Patty's greatest joy and most important role. She and David are blessed with a blended family of six children and thirteen grandchildren. She often jokes that if she had known how wonderful grandchildren were, she would have started there first. Throughout her distinguished career, Patty has earned a reputation for her professionalism, industry expertise, and collaborative leadership. She has guided countless buyers, sellers, builders, and investors through complex transactions while educating and empowering clients every step of the way. Patty's dedication to the real estate profession is evident through her extensive leadership and volunteer service. She served as the 2023 National Association of REALTORS® Region 8 Regional Vice President, representing members across six states and serving on the NAR Executive Committee. In Minnesota, Patty had the honor of serving as the 2017 President of Minnesota REALTORS®, where she championed the pillars of Collaboration, Communication, and Convention. During her presidency, she successfully brought back the Minnesota REALTORS® annual convention after nearly a 20-year absence and helped facilitate important conversations regarding MLS collaboration and the future of organized real estate in Minnesota. Her leadership and service have earned her numerous accolades, including being named the 2018 Minnesota REALTOR® of the Year, one of the industry's highest honors. She continues to serve with the Minnesota REALTORS® and has also dedicated years of service as a Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) and RPAC Trustees. Beyond the real estate industry, Patty is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves on Dakota County Special Board of Appeals and Equalization and has in the past served on the Lakeville Planning Commission, where her expertise in housing, development, and land use is helpful. As the Broker of Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists and Vice President of Marketing for Fieldstone Family Homes, Patty provides leadership in brokerage operations, education, compliance, marketing, and strategic growth. Her extensive knowledge of new construction, residential real estate, and business development makes her a trusted advisor to clients, agents, and industry professionals alike. Recognizing the importance of continuing education and professional development, Patty recently expanded her passion for teaching and mentorship by launching a continuing education school for real estate professionals. The school's mission is to provide practical, relevant, and forward-thinking education that equips agents with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's ever-changing marketplace. Her courses focus on topics that directly impact agents and consumers alike, including new construction, buyer and seller representation, generational housing trends, housing affordability, land and development, leadership, and emerging issues affecting the real estate industry. Through education, Patty strives to empower real estate professionals to better serve their clients, elevate industry standards, and build successful, sustainable businesses.
